PictureBad practice. Disconnect your hoses.
December is going to be here soon.  It's time to clean-up around the house and prepare for the colder weather.  It is necessary to disconnect all garden hoses from spigots.  It is recommended to cover your irrigation vacuum breaker and exterior spigots with insulation to prevent freezing.  Check the Home Watcher LV maintenance tips item 11 for products suggestion. These recommendations apply especially to any property located on higher grounds such as in Summerlin.

Yes, it's air filter time again.  For your heating system to perform efficiently, your filters must not be restricting the air flow through your furnace.  Inspect your filters and change them if they look dirty or if you can't see light through them.  A clean filter is a small expense that pays itself off very quickly.  Not only that you will save money, it is healthier and your home will be more comfortable.   Enjoy the cooler season!
