Home Watcher LV is a family-owned company. We are committed to operating our business following the code of ethics of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).
The Articles of Organization are on record at the Nevada Secretary of State office under the name Home Watcher LV, LLC. We have a Nevada Business License (NV20121322720), and business licenses in Clark County and all cities where we do business. We joined the NHWA, we are insured, and bonded for your protection.
Home Watcher LV was founded in 2012 by JP Lalonde, inspired by his own experience managing a second home from afar. After years of visiting Las Vegas, he and his family made it their second home—only to encounter the uncertainty that distance can bring.
Concerns about landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general upkeep were constant. Like many out-of-state homeowners, they found themselves hoping everything would be in order until their next visit. From this experience, a higher standard of home watch service was created—one defined by reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
Jeremy and Kelly Palmer became clients after purchasing their own Las Vegas property. As out-of-state homeowners, they quickly recognized the value of having a trusted professional caring for their home. The peace of mind it provided was not simply convenient—it was essential.
The Palmers relocated to Las Vegas full-time, bringing with them decades of professional experience. Jeremy spent over 20 years as a Regional Manager in the lawn care industry, and Kelly built her career as a Circulation Data Processing Specialist. Their firsthand experience as clients, combined with strong business leadership, positioned them uniquely within the industry.
As demand for home watch services grew rapidly in 2020, Jeremy joined the Home Watcher LV team in 2021 to support the company’s expansion.
In February 2024, after more than a decade of building a respected and successful company, JP Lalonde transitioned into semi-retirement and entrusted Home Watcher LV to Jeremy and Kelly Palmer. His legacy of integrity, care, and commitment remains at the core of the business, and he continues to support operations as an independent contractor.
Today, Home Watcher LV is proudly owned and operated by the Palmers.
