I hired JP for Home Watch services for 6 months until we moved from out of state to our house in the Vegas area. He explained the best steps to take when leaving our house unoccupied, that was very valuable information. During the 6 months of home watch services he provided us peace of mind by visiting our home every two weeks and going through a detailed report on everything he checked from the water pipes, to the irrigation, doors, alarm, picked up my mail, and even sent pictures of the property status along with the report. We bought a house in Las Vegas, but we only stay there 4-5 months out of the total year. JP is taking care of it during the rest of the time. We are getting general weekly reports and photo updates (even of the lawn). He is always responsive on extremely short notice, in fact, emails or texts are almost always answered immediately. JP is very honest and professional. Anyone owning a house in Las Vegas that is not occupied year around needs this service and we can highly recommend Home Watcher LV LLC! Don't think twice just go with them and your house will be in good hands. JP deserves 10 stars but only 5 are available... AG EU 2018.

JP sets the standard. If I had to choose one word to describe the man, it'd be INTEGRITY. He does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it, for the price he quotes - and provides receipts for materials. I've hired him 6-7 times and he's so solid that now that I'm renting out the house, I still call on him for repairs. He interacts with the tenants just as he has with me. He's my, "GO TO," guy. Co. J.P. and his service Home Watcher LV are simply incredible. The detailed reports he sends after each home visit keep us at ease when our house is vacant. His reports are very professional, detailing how he checks pipes, pools, and electric systems, making sure they are functioning properly and efficiently for an empty house. He will even make sure the exterior is prim and proper to prevent burglaries and notices on the vacant house. Anything that he notices, changes, or fixes during a visit is noted in the report as well. The way he cares for the house is exceptional, and he keeps us involved and updated with every step he takes. The bad news is, I was in town this past weekend and discovered I had some damaged pipes in the ceiling over my kitchen. The good news is that you got me in the habit of shutting off the water when I am away, so I did not have water gushing inside for a month. The water started leaking when I turned it back on and I noticed it dripping out of the ceiling about 12 hours after turning the water on. So the damage could have been way worse! Jay, WA 2015.
