Fall is here, lets take care of our home.

Yes fall is at our doorstep in Southern Nevada. The day high temperatures are going down gradually and our nights are getting cooler.

It is a good time to take a walk around the house and look at exterior walls, doors, windows and landscaping to identify needed repairs and improvement opportunities.

Do not forget the inside, your air conditioning system worked hard all summer and it is very important that your air filters be replaced before the heating season starts.

It is also a good time to flush your water heater to extend its usable life and improve its efficiency.
