A pool autofiller gone wrong.

This week's find is a classic.  

What's wrong with this picture?  The water level is way above the float and there is nothing to stop this but a Home Watcher!

Yes, all pool owners dread this moment when the pool automatic filler fails and floods the yard.

This pool owner is very happy to have the issue discovered before it becomes a disaster.

2015 Sun City Summerlin Spring Home Show

We had a fantastic day at the Sun City Summerlin 2015 Spring Home Show.  The location was good, the flow of attendees was good and for a Home Watch company, the time of the year is great!

We met several people needing a Home Watch service for the summer.  Hopefully they are now convinced that they should hire a professional Home Watch company instead of relying on a neighbor or a friend.

Thanks to my wife Joanne who helped me set-up and meet some of the attendees.
