The severe rainstorms water is mostly handled through aboveground and underground storm waterways. The management of storm waters at your property is also very important. Water should have a path to flow to the street or any other natural or man made storm water ways. Check for evidence of standing water after a good rain storm, check for buried drain pipes, ensure that the drain paths or pipes are clear of debris at both ends.
